1.  Materials:  3D printed with PLA or PETG-CF depending on the product selected. Note that PLA is not a high-temp filament rated for use inside of vehicles left in direct sunlight and has a heat deflection rating of 50-60 degrees Celsius. The PETG-CF is more heat-resistant with a heat deflection rating of 85-90 degrees Celsius. 
2. Surface finish: All firearm accessories receive a layer of Matte Acrylic Sealant in post processing to assist in layer adhesion, abrasion resistance, and enhanced surface finish.  
3. Additive manufacturing: Please note that some products may have small imperfections or visible seams as 3D printing is not perfect and seams are a natural occurrence as the nozzle changes direction in between layers. These imperfections are merely cosmetic and do not affect the products performance. The products that you receive may vary slightly from the product photos listed on the site as I update and improve my designs. 
4. Warranty: If an item breaks under normal use then reach out to me (@refsquadmk18@gmail.com) (@111_fathoms) with your order number, pictures, and a description of how the failure occurred. I will get a replacement made for you or issue a refund if so desired. IF the item was installed correctly, and paired  with the correct firearm that matches the product description. Please keep in mind that if the failure occurred because of a design flaw that I might be able to improve upon, it would be immensely helpful if you are able to  work with me directly to create a new and improved version of that  product to avoid that same failure in the future. If an item was installed on  the right product incorrectly then you may be subject to shipping fees or replacement fees. 
5. Returns: Please note that once an order has been completed, if the correct item matching your invoice was sent out and said item works as described, a return or refund will not be accepted. 
6. Wrong items: If the incorrect item was ordered, and you would like the correct replacement sent out to you. We will not send a replacement until we receive the original back to us. Additionally, you will need to cover the shipping cost to send the original back, as well as the  shipping cost for us to send the new one out. If we receive the original item and it is damaged, then you may be subject to a replacement fee for the original item. If I made a mistake and sent out the wrong item, I will send out the correct item ASAP with a return label for the original. If you find yourself in this scenario, please return the original item at your earliest convenience as that would be very helpful to us. 
7. lead times: Lead times are subject to change as life occurs. This is a small business with one employee on staff. My priority will always be to get your orders out in a timely fashion however, printers fail, people get sick, things happen that may delay your order and that is out of my control. Lead times only reflect business days and NOT weekends, I work all day every day all weekend and cannot work on orders during that time. 
8. Shipping: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (USPS) it is out of my hands and I can no longer influence the order in any way. If an error occurs on the carriers end or it appears that the package may have been lost or stolen. We ask that you make an honest attempt to contact your local post office to see if they can locate the package. As well as your neighbors to see if they may have received the package by mistake. If the address was entered incorrectly during checkout then unfortunately I will not be able to get the package back, re direct it to you, or replace it. So, please ensure that all of your information is correct before you place an order. If you realize that you made a mistake, please contact us immediately so that we can catch it before the order goes out. 
9. Ownership: The files that are used to create each product listed on the site are of my own personal creation and represent hundreds of hours of hard work, sleepless nights, and dozens of failed iterations before getting to the final product that arrives on your doorstep. The files are not for sale as I would have no control over them in that case. Please consider supporting me by placing an order from my small business / dream. 
10. Safety: As an RSO and Competition shooter by day and CAD enthusiast by night, please keep the following in mind at all times. 
    

• Ensure that all firearms  are unloaded and no live ammunition is present in the room before installing any of my products. Especially if you are using my SlapTargets! 
• Never point a firearm in the general  direction of anything that you do not intend to destroy and render the firearm inoperable if needed. 
• Always ensure that you know the condition of your firearm and any accessories regardless of who makes them. You should be aware of your weapon light battery status, optic battery status, screw tightness and witness marks, and most important of all. You should always verify that your firearm is loaded when it should be, unloaded when it should be, and that you cycle your carry ammo out regularly.
